๐ The software must NOT have been activated.
Activation occurs automatically upon the first successful login or connection of the software to our licensing servers.
Once activated:
โ Therefore, no refund will be granted after activation, in accordance with international standards for digital products.
All activations are recorded in real-time on our secure licensing infrastructure.
For each activation:
These records (email logs + encrypted server data) constitute definitive and verifiable proof of activation in the event of any dispute.

Any abusive or unjustified chargeback may result in:
ECUSIUM reserves the right to provide all relevant evidence (activation logs, IP records, email confirmations) to payment processors (including Stripe) to contest disputes.
