Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

At ECUSIUM, we offer a 30-day limited refund policy under one strict condition:

Activation Definition

Activation occurs automatically upon the first successful login or connection of the software to our licensing servers.

Once activated:

  • The license is bound to a specific device (HWID)
  • The service is considered fully delivered and consumed

โ— Therefore, no refund will be granted after activation, in accordance with international standards for digital products.

2. Proof of Activation

All activations are recorded in real-time on our secure licensing infrastructure.

For each activation:

  • A timestamp is generated
  • A hardware identifier (HWID) is registered
  • A confirmation email is automatically sent to:
    • The Client's registered email address
    • ECUSIUM internal systems

These records (email logs + encrypted server data) constitute definitive and verifiable proof of activation in the event of any dispute.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase
  • The software must not be activated

All refund requests must be submitted exclusively via the Official Refund/Claims Form available on our website: https://ecusium.com/claim.php

โœ… You must use the same email address that was used for the original license purchase.

Processing Time

Our team will review the request within 2 to 3 business days.

4. Grounds for Refusal

ECUSIUM reserves the right to refuse any refund request in the following cases:

  • The software has been activated
  • The request is made after 30 days from purchase
  • The license has been used, accessed, or validated
  • The email address used does not match the original purchase email
  • There is evidence of:
    • Security bypass attempts
    • HWID manipulation
    • License sharing
  • The account has been suspended or flagged for fraud or abuse

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute, the Client must contact ECUSIUM support.

Any abusive or unjustified chargeback may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Permanent license revocation
  • Restriction from future purchases

ECUSIUM reserves the right to provide all relevant evidence (activation logs, IP records, email confirmations) to payment processors (including Stripe) to contest disputes.

6. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • The amount will be returned via the original payment method (Stripe)
  • Processing time: typically 5 to 10 business days, depending on the Client's bank or payment provider

By purchasing ECUSIUM software, the Client acknowledges and agrees that:

  • Digital products are delivered instantly
  • Activation results in immediate consumption of the service
  • Refund eligibility is strictly limited to non-activated licenses only
